Ordering
Carefully review the details of the item before you decide to place an order.
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The price will be paid
in Japanese yen.
Shipping
Shipping
service is limited to EMS.
With EMS, you can track the progress of the package
online and insurance is included. Please be assured that in the rare event
a package is missing, lost or delayed you will be compensated for it.
Shipping
and Handling Fees
Our current shipping and handling varies depending on
the shipment place and total weight of the products that you order.
Discount
We give you a discount depending on the amount of
your purchase.
Here is how it works:
Yen 10,000 - 14,999 ------ 3% discount
Yen 15,000 - 19,999 ------ 5% discount
Yen 20,000 - 29,999 ------ 8% discount
Yen 30,000 and over -----10% discount
**As of April 21, 2017, Parabox original complete
sets, Parabox custom basic sets, and hand-painted heads are not discountable.
Sales Tax
Products shipped
to destinations outside of Japan are not subject to Japanese sales tax.
Import duties
and taxes
Some countries charge import taxes to import goods
from Japan. Buyers are responsible for payment of
import taxes. Parabox doesn't take any requests
from buyers to declare the amount of purchase or
to send it as a"gift."
Payment
Payment must be made by Paypal.
You can make payments with your credit card without
signing up to Paypal. The Paypal website will read;
ZAI Ltd. Checks and money orders will not be accepted
under any circumstances. Once payment is completed,
it cannot be retracted, so please take care in placing
your orders.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the
company management

form when goods do not arrive within two weeks
of an order.
Notice
1.In some cases an order may incur customs charges. In these cases the purchaser
bears responsibility for paying all customs fees.
2. In order to prevent problems,
packages will not be delivered to Post Office Boxes, or by Poste Restante (general
delivery).
3.Orders are shipped immediately upon acceptance, but may be delayed
in the event of Japanese national holidays.
4. We cannot control the exact
date of arrival.
5. Orders place on this site are limited to individual customers.
