This doll is the main character Kayura in the novel 'Ginno suna Nemuruhoshi' written by Japanese popular author Ryuto Takeuchi The beautiful Kayura is a wanderer in the desert. His face is done beautifully with the special Obitsu machine paint method using 20 masks.
