offers 7 body styles for 1/3 scale and 20 body styles for 1/6 scale in the colors
of white skin and fleshtone. (Some body styles only come in white skin.) There
are also black, coconut and clear types available for some body styles.) |

About Obitsu body
The Obitsu
body uses hard type plastic ABS resin and soft type plastic PVC for the body parts
depending on the model. It is easy to disassemble/assemble the body, very flexible
to change poses and easy to change clothes by removing legs and arms. The Obitsu
body allows you to build your own body by using parts from different Obitsu bodies.
The plastic-made body is very light and soft enough to shave using a knife.
The available body size is 11cm, 21cm, 23cm, 27cm, 40cm, 47cm*, 48cm, 50cm,
55cm, and 60cm. (*The 47cm body is Parabox original.) The 27cm and shorter dolls
are called 1/6 scale and the 40cm and taller dolls are called 1/3 scale. |

About plastic
resin
ABS is a hard plastic resin and commonly used for toys.PVC is the
resin used for plastic dolls including Barbie. It can be softened with heat. The
plastic type that is hollow inside is called soft vinyl.
POM resin is mainly
used for extra hard parts like elbow joints.Be extra careful when using paint
thinner with the Obitsu body, because it melts the acrylic type resin. On the
other hand, the advanced technique of melting can be used to change shapes.
The recommended material for head painting is acrylic paint. Nail polish
remover removes acrylic paints very easily, just by wiping off.
Please note that the soft vinyl will
absorb the stains through to the inside as time passes.
If the stains are
small or newer, enamel removers or thinner may work. | |

Connection
of head and body
It is very easy to connect a head to a body. Several head
attachment come with the body for 1/6 scale type. Choose the best fit attachment
for your head and attach it to the neck, and simply push the head down on the
neck. For 1/3 scale simply push your head down on the neck joint.

size of head openings for necks are different due to head type. The 27cm male
realistic type body has a totally different neck structure than the rest of the

| The
hair color samples for Obitsu-made 27cm female hair transplanted heads
This is the color samples for Obistu made F01, F02,
F03, and F04 hair transplanted heads. There are 15 colors available with the white
skin and fleshtone color heads. (Colors may vary depending upon your monitor settings.)
The material used for the hair is called SARAN, the same that is used for Barbie
and Takara(Rika,Blythe).

The Obitsu body is great in
any doll scene.
Because it has strong and wide movable joints,

all kinds of poses for various purposes.

parts assembled very easily,
- You can purchase and replace only the part
that is damaged
- You can put clothes on your doll very easily by taking the
arms and the feet off.

Because the trunk and heads
are made of soft vinyl,
- the whole body looks very soft and has a similar
look to a real body.
- It has the choice of bust size (small/medium/large)
and a beautiful hip line.
- It will be a great model outdoors since the body
is light and doesn't get sun-burned.
